I'm a professional performing artist, and experienced facilitator, who has hosted events for over 3,000 people with Thrive City at The Chase Center, led interactive immersive retreats for groups of 300+, directed a multi-facility day-camp company, lead dynamic expressive arts workshops, coached individuals in self-expression and stage presence, and toured award-winning comedic theater across the U.S.

My style is warm, playful, and authentic — I read energy, and believe transformation starts with listening. I adapt to what I see is needed in the moment, and leave people feeling connected. To each other, to themselves or to their unique essence.
